Our Stockport event is the flagship of Cheeki Monkeys. This was our original event location and set the benchmark for all future events.
Built in 1868, Stockport Masonic Guildhall is rich in history and provides a charismatic and charming setting for our market days.
The venue has a period character that adds a touch of style to our events, providing an afternoon to remember whilst picking up some great bargains.
Situated in the heart of Stockport, our market venue boasts two large rooms able to accommodate hundreds of people, along with stalls in the impressive foyer.

Driving Directions
Stockport Masonic Guildhall is ideally located on Wellington Road South, the main A6 road which runs through the centre of Stockport. Manchester City Centre is just a 15 minute drive from the venue, straight down the A6 road.
The venue is less than a 5 minute drive (1.3 miles) from both Junction 1 and junction 27 of the M60 motorway.

Parking
There is extensive parking at the venues car park to the rear of the building, the care of which is supervised by a parking attendant every market day. In the event the car park gets full, there is plenty of nearby on street parking - FREE on Sundays.
Public Transport - BUS
We are situated on many major bus routes, notably the 192 route which runs between Manchester and Hazel Grove every 10 minutes and stops directly outside the venue.
Public Transport - Train
Our venue is only a 5 minute walk away from Stockport's main Railway Station.
Walking Directions: Exit Stockport Railway Station, proceed right onto Station Road, turn left onto Railway Road, turn right onto Wellington Road South (the MAIN A6 Road). Continue past the Town Hall on the left, the Art Gallery on the right, Stockport College on the right and Stockport Masonic Guildhall is on the left (our Sunday Market Signs will erected). Entrance is at the rear of the building.
